Guarantees |
All of our power products are a guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. Check the product description for warranty information. The guarantee covers the product in full, subject to the purchaser using the product in a way that meets design purposes. Misuse of the product may invalidate this warranty. If the product is altered or modified after the sale, the product guarantee is invalid. Where you store and charge your scooter or powerchair when it is not in use may also have an impact on your mobility product’s warranty. Please store the product in a dry place.
Warranty |
This is to certify that your Invamed.co.uk product is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. This warranty is not transferable. Should a defect or operating fault arise within this period please notify us immediately. Failure to register the fault may invalidate the warranty. Invamed.co.uk warrants that if a fault occurs within this period due to faulty workmanship or materials that the product will be repaired (or replaced at the Company’s discretion) free of charge.
Any unauthorised modifications will invalidate the warranty. Parts which are subjected to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect or misuse are excluded from this warranty. Normal wear and tear includes tyres, chassis covers, bulbs, seat coverings etc. Component parts replaced outside this period carry a six-month warranty. (Standard terms and conditions apply for this period).
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all goods are regularly serviced. Please ensure that scooters and powerchairs are serviced regularly (once per year). Please refer to the user manual for more information on how to service your product. If you do not service your product as instructed in the user manual Invamed.co.uk reserve the right to reject a claim for a replacement product.
Your warranty cannot be transferred to another person. The contract of sale is between you and us. No other person has the right to enforce these terms of sale.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all goods are regularly serviced. Please ensure that scooters and powerchairs are serviced regularly (once per year). Please ensure your mobility scooter/powered wheelchair is charged regularly and ensure it completes its full cycle, this can take between 10-12 hours at a time. Please do not travel through water or over soft terrain – such as mud, sand or grass. Mobility scooters/powered wheelchairs are not designed to be used on these surfaces and it could cause issues with the performance of the product. Any issues experienced relating to such matters would not be covered under the product’s warranty.
Please refer to the user manual for more information on how to service your product. If you do not service your product as instructed in the user manual Invamed.co.uk reserve the right to reject a claim for a replacement product.
Optional Extended Warranty |
Extending your warranty to 2 years on your new scooter can provide various benefits, offering you added peace of mind and protection for your investment. Here’s a list of potential advantages:

Before opting for an extended warranty, it’s important to know that the following items are not covered for the additional 12-month period – batteries, tyres, bulbs and seat covers. Additionally, please consider your usage patterns and whether the cost of the extended warranty justifies the potential benefits.

The images and descriptions listed on our website match as closely as possible to the product. Some colours may vary slightly due to manufacturing batches. Invamed.co.uk is not responsible for these slight variations. We reserve the right to modify the product specifications where necessary.
Pricing, Payments, and Refunds |
When providing payment card details, you confirm that you are the authorised user of the card and that you are authorising Invamed.co.uk to take payment for the product or products you are ordering which includes the cost of the product(s), packaging and any delivery charges outside of the standard option.
Any refund will be issued only to the card making the original payment.
All Invamed.co.uk prices are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT. We do the utmost to ensure our prices are accurate at all times. If we find that an error has occurred, we will refund any overpayment.
Cancelled Orders |
We aim to dispatch orders very quickly; therefore, if you need to cancel your order, please do so within 60 minutes of receiving your order confirmation email. Cancellations cannot take place once we have dispatched your order. An order that has been cancelled, redirected or refused, at the customer’s request may incur an additional charge.
If your order is no longer required please contact Invamed.co.uk on 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) to request a cancellation.
Return and Refund |
Should you wish to return an order for a refund, we strive to make the returns process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, due to damages in shipping or on delivery you must contact Invamed.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refund. To initiate a return and refund for your order, you must contact us 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) or email sales@invamed.co.uk to notify us of your decision.
Invamed will only accept a return and offer a refund if the entire product remains unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the product(s) are not in their original condition and packaging, Invamed.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any product returns or refunds. We may charge for the repair or replacement of any product.
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival; therefore, repacking an item for a return is acceptable so long as the scooter shows no signs of use. We will only issue a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product if it has been used. Depending on the wear, this loss in value could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Additionally, if we find that necessary packaging is missing, then we reserve the right to charge £80.00 fee to repackage the product(s).
Cancellation and Returns |
You have the right to return your order at your own expense within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refund. To initiate a return and refund for your order, you must contact us 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) or email sales@invamed.co.uk to notify us of your decision.
Invamed will only accept a return and offer a refund if the entire product remains unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The product will be evaluated on its return to Invamed. If the product has not been used, and is in new condition, then a refund will be issued. However, if on inspection the product has been used or damaged then a deduction will be taken from the refund. You will be advised on the amount and reasons why this has happened.
Depending on the wear, this loss in value could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Additionally, if we find that necessary packaging is missing, then we reserve the right to charge £80.00 fee to repackage the product(s).
You may return your product, in the original packaging, within the 14-day period.
- Arrange your own return delivery to Invamed. We would recommend you choose signed/recorded delivery and keep the receipt safe as a reference.
Properties with limited access
If you live in an apartment, flat, a dwelling that does not have ground floor access or a property that may be difficult to access, we strongly recommend selecting the specialist White Gloves delivery option at checkout. This service is specifically designed to handle challenging delivery situations, ensuring that your product is delivered safely and efficiently to your door. Choosing this option helps avoid potential complications and ensures a smooth delivery experience.
If delivery of the product is refused by the customer and returned to the factory, an £80 shipping fee will be incurred. This fee will be automatically deducted from any refund issued once the product is returned to us. It is important to note that this charge is necessary to cover the costs associated with the failed delivery and return process.

Furthermore, the mobility scooter must be intended for the personal and domestic use of the disabled person. Note: Not all products offered by Invamed Mobility UK are eligible for VAT Exemption.
