Standard Delivery

Your goods will be processed as normal and will usually be despatched the same day if ordered before 12pm.  Ordered goods will usually arrive within 1-2 working days for most of the UK mainland.  Delivery addresses located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will incur additional charges.

Your order will be delivered by TNT.  Please note: courier companies are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases, will need assistance with the delivery.

We cannot export any of our products.

White Glove Delivery Service

Here at Invamed we want to offer the best possible service and this includes the delivery options to our customers. We are pleased to announce the introduction of the “White Glove Service” involving our scooters, power chairs and riser recline chairs. We appreciate at times people need to have assistance with regards to taking delivery and then moving a heavy product into their homes.

The White Glove Service can help with this and offer so much more. The package includes the unboxing of the product you ordered, having the product fully assembled, a full demonstration on how your product works and we will also be happy to answer any of your questions during the delivery. Finally, the packaging material will be taken away leaving you with complete satisfaction in knowing how to operate and use your mobility product.

Your White Glove delivery will be carried out by a member of our Product Support Team or our delivery partner Healthcare Distribution Direct (HDD), who have a wealth of experience in providing an excellent level of service. The White Glove Service is available throughout most of mainland UK, please check for availability as this service may not be available in specific parts of the country, and your product will be delivered within 7-10 working days from when your order has been placed. You will be contacted in advance of the delivery and product handover to ensure you are available. Once this has been completed you will be asked to sign a product hand-over form that confirms that you are satisfied with the level of service provided.

Missing Parcels

In the event that you may not be at your address when our courier delivers your order, please mention on your order an alternative, such as leaving it with a neighbour.  However, in your absence, we recommend that you collect the parcel from our courier’s local delivery depot. cannot claim for missing or damaged parcels.

If deliveries are made to third parties it would have to be at your own risk we cannot accept liability for missing or mislaid orders.

We cannot accept any liability for mislaid missing or damaged orders once we have delivered to the address you have provided on your order.

If you find that the product you ordered has been damaged you must advise us immediately on the same day of delivery.  We cannot claim against the carriers after this time.

Damaged Parcels

You should check the contents of each delivery upon receipt and should contact us immediately if you should have a problem.  If you find that the item is damaged you must sign the delivery note as “Damaged on delivery” and contact us immediately (on the same day as the delivery was made)

We cannot be responsible for any damage unless you sign “Damaged on delivery”.

To return a faulty or damaged item please follow the instructions on our delivery note enclosed with the delivered product. Contact us to arrange a collection. Please read our section Returns Information.

Delivery Address

It is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been processed also, it is not possible to have your parcel re-directed to another address. It is of utmost importance that when you place your order you should know that someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel.

Where no one is available to sign the courier will leave a card. You can then contact the courier to arrange another delivery or to collect the parcel from their local depot. No deliveries can be made to a Post Box address.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that the product ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to advise you of an approximate delivery date. We may offer you a suitable alternative.

Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to return your order at your own expense within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refund. To initiate a return and refund for your order, you must contact us 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. weekdays) or email to notify us of your decision.

Invamed will only accept a return and offer a refund if the entire product remains unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If the product(s) are not in their original condition and packaging, reserves the right to refuse any product returns or refunds.  We may charge for the repair or replacement of any product.

The product will be evaluated on its return to Invamed. If the product has not been used, and is in new condition, then a refund will be issued. However, if on inspection the product has been used or damaged then a deduction will be taken from the refund. You will be advised on the amount and reasons why this has happened.

Depending on the wear, this loss in value could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Additionally, if we find that necessary packaging is missing, then we reserve the right to charge £80.00 fee to repackage the product(s).

You may return your product, in the original packaging, within the 14-day period.

  • Arrange your own return delivery to Invamed. We would recommend you choose signed/recorded delivery and keep the receipt safe as a reference.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive an item which is damaged or is faulty, it must be returned to us for evaluation and inspection. If we find that you have a valid reason for returning the item, we will refund the price you paid for it in addition to standard delivery and packaging charges.
