Invamed is offering a comprehensive service/overview of your product which would take place at your home at a time which is convenient to you. One of our Product Support Team would arrange to carry out the service and supply you with a report outlining the work that has been completed. This includes making sure the product has no faults and is working 100% correctly.

This service offer is available for the Roma Dallas, Dallas DX, Denver and Denver Plus, Tulsa and Shoprider Whisper only.

  • Multi-point thorough service check carried out by a highly qualified technician.
  • More detailed service than most on the market.
  • The service will be conducted at your home at your convenience.

The Service Visit/Package would include all of the following checks.

  • Check controls and steering.
  • Check all wiring and connections.
  • Check battery voltage/condition with multimeter.
  • Check for worn brushes on the motors.
  • Check brakes are working correctly.
  • Check all lights/bulbs are working (dependent on the model).
  • Check all fixings are secure, including the seat, armrests and accessories.
  • Check tyre condition/tread, also check that the wheels are correctly fixed and aligned.
  • Check charging point on product and charger are functioning correctly.
  • Carry out a road test to ensure the product is performing correctly.
  • Adjust and tighten any loose parts.
  • Our Product Support Team will provide you with a report which will give you an overview of the service.

You will be made aware of any advisory items that are showing signs of wear but that do not need to be changed at this time.

  • They will bring to your attention if any replacement parts are needed on your product. This information will include spares pricing and labour charge but you will not be expected to have the work undertaken at this time.
  • If you decide to have the work carried out by us a convenient time will be arranged. This will be conducted at your home address, whenever possible.
