Yes, all of the products featured on our Invamed site are brand new, except in our sale section where there may be ex-demo models selling for a lower price.

Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery. However, we have a few secure payment options at the checkout including via Credit/Debit Card, Klarna and PayPal. If you qualify for VAT exemption there is a self declaration VAT form that you can fill out when you get to the checkout, which will automatically remove the VAT from the total of your order.

We have an Invamed showroom based in Bridgend, South Wales. However, our entire range is available to view via and purchase on our website, via various payment options including Debit/Credit Card, Klarna & Paypal.

Yes, our boot scooter range has been specifically designed for more manageable transportation and storage. Our main models all disassemble into 5 main pieces including, the main chassis, the rear wheels, the battery, seat and shopping basket. The scooters are easily reassembled with no tools required.

We don't currently offer folding scooters in our range. However, we do have a great range of boot scooters that disassemble into four parts and can be transported easily in the boot of a car. When it comes to mobility, a disassembling boot scooter offers some unbeatable advantages over folding or auto-fold options. The weight is distributed across the parts, making each piece lighter and easier to handle. This makes transport and assembly simpler, especially for fitting into the boot of a car.

Yes, we have two finance options at the checkout. One is PayPal Credit, the other is Klarna. You will need to create an account first in order to pay in installments with these companies.

We do ask that you allow up to 3 working days in case of any issues with the couriers. Your delivery can arrive anytime between 8am and 6pm on the day of delivery.

We do have second hand scooters and ex-demo models available on occasion. Keep an eye out on our Sale page for updates.

For a part exchange to happen, you would need to bring the scooter down to our warehouse on Bridgend industrial estate, South Wales, for it to be tested. Only then will we be able to decide whether the scooter will be accepted for part exchange. We offer free delivery on all orders over £40, to anywhere Mainland, UK.

Our prices are advertised without VAT however, you will notice that the VAT is then added when you go onto the checkout. There will be an option to fill in a self declaration VAT exemption form. Click the check box that pops up in the orange box at the top of the checkout page. Here all you need to do is fill in your full name and reason for exemption, and the VAT will be taken off the total at the checkout. If the product is not to your liking or if a problem occurs, you have the right to return your order at your own expense within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refund. To initiate a return and refund for your order, you must contact us 01656 674488 (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. monday to thursday and 9:00a.m.-3:30pm fridays) or email sales@invamed.co.uk to notify us of your decision. You must keep all of the original packaging in order to return the scooter. If it is found that the original packaging is missing you may incur additional charges.
