I ordered a mobility scooter on Sunday afternoon, and it was delivered on Tuesday. At any time that is great service, but with Covid, Brexit, driver and fuel shortages, it was nothing short of a miracle to be honest.
There is usually a but, and in this case it was the battery charger, which blew the first time it was plugged in. I rang Invamed and spoke to a technician, who didn't give me the runaround, just put a replacement in the post and it arrived a day later.
All is sorted now and I'm back out “walking” my dog again. Well impressed.
