Hi, we just bought 2 roma denver scooters for 539 each. My husband is currently unpacking them. They look really solid and so well made. We cannot wait to go out in them tomorrow. There was a bit of a problem with FedEx delivery and I rang VANESSA from invamad. She was amazing. She sorted everything out and even took the time to ring me on 4 separate occasions just to check if I was OK and to keep me up to date with what she had been doing on my behalf. She was over and above any customer service person I had ever known and was so kind and thoughtful she deserves a big fat bonus in my opinion. I would heartedly recommend this company to anyone as the scooter itself is very sturdy and also VANESSA is an absolute superstar.
